The CPU ID is not visible in the FCC internal photos. RTL8197FN CPU is a guess based on the advertised 1 GHz clock speed and the fact that the CPU handles the LAN/WAN. RTL8197FS uses a separate switch chip and RTL8197FNT reportedly has a 600 MHz clock speed.
