Produces, by default, a subscript that's not as "low-slung" as the HTML <sub>...</sub>:

If two (unnamed) parameters supplied, the first is taken to be the amount by which the second is subscripted:

N<sub>1</sub>	N{{semisub|0.25em|1}}
N1	N1

If three (unnamed) parameters supplied, the third is the subscript, the second is taken to be a font-size and the first the amount by which it is to be subscripted:

N<sub>1</sub>	N{{semisub|0.25em|95%|1}}
