"silex technology", "PCA 128-00197-100 Rev X2", "PX10450XA", and "PW06800AX" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos. The device appears to be using a Mitsumi module.

Per the FCC manual, this device is using AR6002XZ (CSP AR6002).
