Connected to protection lock @ top right of page

looking at page source of a protected page I see

Protection Topicon

Cannot get them to display, they show up in page source, but unsure why they won't render on the page that protection templates are used for.

--> The following parameters are obsolete and no longer functional: |number=, |icon_nr=, |offset=, |extra-offset=, |class= and |style=.

Perhaps because of this no longer works widget Widget:Amazon ??
